I am sooo exhaustedddd. I just got done at 7 (started at 530) and I have no energy to write!! The best surgery I got to see today was a radical bilateral mastectomy/reconstruction. The plastic surgeon was AMAZING and it made me seriously consider plastics! I'm going to bed in like 20  minutes and it is only 730. I am a grandmother. lol.
